The guest bedroom includes the loft with a twin bed – a favorite of children, including an operable porthole and sliding barn door for privacy. The bathroom marble-clad shower/tub shared by guests for the entire home.

Redwood Bunkhouse – Deckside Casita

The deckside Casita is off the back deck and requires entry into the main house to use the shared restroom. It’s keyless entrance can be accessed either through the house or privately by using the side gate entrance to the back. Often the favorite spot of our friends due to its being detached from the house for a more secluded experience.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
Welcome to our fully remodeled redwood oasis, perfect for your relaxing getaway! Our home features a large chef’s kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, private hot tub/shower and a shared pool with our adjoining rental. Enjoy the river access across the street for swimming or letting your puppy get in a run and walk around our bucolic, quiet neighborhood. This home is located close to the Sonoma County Airport, wineries, and world-class dining, making it the perfect choice for river getaway.
THE SPACE
Unlike our other rentals, this is our personal home and has been updated with luxurious amenities we are sharing while we travel, including:
– Italian marble bathrooms with bidet bathroom;
– Italian Marble covered built in cabinets throughout home;
– Fireplace
– 8 person private hot tub;
– Private outdoor hot shower;
– Fully stocked kitchen;
– Multi-level outdoor decks;
– Shared pool with our next door rental;
– River access is directly across from our home;
Unwind in luxury designed to take in the spirit of the Russian River and all our community has to offer.**Note, the casita bedroom is off the back deck and not directly connected to the home. Walking across back needed to access kitchen/house.
GUEST ACCESS
During your visit, you will have exclusive use of the hot tub and front/back decks. The pool is shared with out next door vacation rental – the lodge house. A board is at the pool to reserve 2 hour periods for private use if desired. The beach has 2 access points, the longer stretch directly across the street and a more shallow kid friendly beach access 6 doors down the road.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
PETS
While we are happy to share our home with family pets, we ask they do not sleep on the beds as fur becomes a significant issue for cleaning the sheets and duvet covers.PLEASE NOTE A $50 PET CLEANING FEE will be requested when pets hair adds significantly to the cleaning of our homes.

What a gem! This place was a great find! Clean, great location, great communication from Eric! Beautiful location in the redwoods! We will definitely be back! I recommend this place to anyone as it was worth every penny!
What a wonderful house, outdoor setup(pool, hot tub, deck) and an amazing location! A perfect place to stay at the river! We were drawn to the house because of the pool and were pleasantly delighted by so much more! The house is clean and you can tell it’s someone’s home. It’s well decorated, updated, and very comfortable.
The outdoor space is amazing! There is a great deck with a heater for outdoor dining and a couch for lounging. There’s a separate area tucked away with a very large hot tub. And the pool with a huge deck. The pool was perfect for our kids – heated to 80 degrees and all one depth (around 4′).
There is access to the river across the street and couple minute walk from front door to bank of the river.
A great home, a great location, can’t wait to go back!
